Accepted Insurance Plans
We accept virtually all insurance plans that will allow us to participate in their network.
You will most likely be able to see one of our practitioners unless you have one of the following insurances:
- Blue Choice HMO
- Kaiser HMO
(The insurance plans above severely limit your access to orthopedic and musculoskeletal providers in the metro-Atlanta area. To insure that you can see the physician that you want to see when you are injured, we would highly recommend changing to a more open PPO type insurance plan at your next annual policy renewal.)
Most of the insurance plans that we can accept are listed below. Since insurance plans often have many names, you should call your insurance plan, or our office, to confirm our participation in your specific plan. Participation in specific plans may vary between each of our practitioners You will need to ask your insurance company to check for the specific physician that you would like to see.
For certain insurance plans, you may also need a referral from your primary care doctor before seeing one of our specialists.
